Sound It Out is one of the UK’s leading participatory arts agencies with more than 17 years’ experience of using music as a medium to transform lives across Birmingham and the West Midlands.

England and Birmingham City Council.
Sound It Out has undergone an enormous transformation
over the past four years and is now positioned at the
forefront of participatory arts.  We have a reputation
for creating high quality, dynamic and innovative
music-based programmes that are delivered across
four key sectors: Children and Young People; Cohesion;
Professional Development; and Wellbeing.
We are looking for a high profile individual who can
lead our organisation with innovation and passion, who
brings a range of skills and the qualities and expertise
of governance required to strategically steer Sound It
Out through the next exciting phase of its growth and
development.
