This FREE 3 day course is targeted at directors, aspiring directors and trustees who wish to enhance the performance of their organisation at board level in pursuit of excellence.

19th January Day 1 – Directing 3rd Sector Organisations

This day is aimed at ensuring delegates are able to make an effective contribution to the work of their boards including structure, relationships and processes.

27th January Day 2 – Enterprise, Strategy and Resource Allocation

This day is aimed at ensuring delegates are able to prepare an effective and credible business strategy.

2nd February Day 3 – Leadership & Corporate Transformation

This day is aimed at ensuring delegates are able to make an effective contribution to the initiation, oversight or management of transformation.

NB.   All 3 days take place between 9:15am- 5:30pm at BVSC, with lunch and refreshments provided.
