 If the Answer is yes then the ACCESS TO VOLUNTEERING FUND may be the answer and BVSC, Birmingham Disability Resource Centre (BDRC) and PEOPLE FIRST can provide you with support advice and information:
·        A Free disability access audit
·        Support in accessing funding and writing a bid
·        Free good practice toolkit in working with volunteers with learning disabilities
·        Information and evidence that will assist you in evidencing equalities impact assessment.

 Awards of between £250 and £5,000 are available from the fund.
The deadline for applications is the 6th September 2010, but we are committed to supporting organizations to achieve this deadline.
