DATA COLLECTION AND INFORMATION SEMINAR

This session will aim to provide an environment where people can;
- Understand the importance of managing data/information - costs, activity, outcomes , service demands, quality measures
- Offer examples of common data problems and potential solutions i.e. managing waiting lists, estimating required service capacity
- identifying skill needs re data management
- Experience an overview of the CSIP developed Third Sector outcome and activity database that is free to use at http://www.westmidlands.csip.org.uk/mental-health/mental-health/third-sector/activity-and-outcomes-database/activity-and-outcomes-downloads.html
